What we collect
When you ask for a quote or contact us, we collect your name, company, phone number and email address. We collect what we need to answer you and, if you buy from us, to provide and bill for the service.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare your quote
- To set up, support and bill your service
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
- To improve our service, with your consent where the law requires it
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the suppliers that deliver your service, such as connectivity and phone system partners, and with regulators where the law requires it. We do not sell your details.
How we protect it
We limit access to personal information to the people who need it, and we keep our records and systems secured.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop using it for marketing at any time. We confirm your identity before we act on a request.
